We pride ourselves in organising days or weekends away with only incurring a £1 fee (on a meetup) to cover the membership cost (If you bring a guest these are charged at £2) We can all enjoy the wonderful natural attractions that surround us for free but wish to share these experiences with other people, but we don't think you should have to pay to do this.
